The International Foundation for Civil Liberties is a non-profit organization and political pressure group established by the Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky in 2000.

The foundation is headquarted in New York City and headed by executive director Alexander Goldfarb. According to its web site, the mission of the foundation is "to provide financial, legal, informational and logistical resources to secure human rights and civil liberties in Russia". Among its projects is US $3 million grant to the Andrei Sakharov Foundation to support the Andrei Sakharov Museum and Community Center.

Alexander Goldfarb has helped Alexander Litvinenko in his escape to Britain.

Nikolay Kovalev, the former head of FSB, speculated that the foundation's benefactor Boris Berezovsky might be involved in the death of Alexander Litvinenko.<ref>Template:Cite web (Russian) Computer translation.</ref>
