Henricus Gregorius Jozeph (Henk) Kamp (born in Hengelo, July 23, 1952) is a Dutch politician who is the current Minister of Defense in the Third Balkenende cabinet for the right-wing liberal party VVD.

From 1976 to 1994 he was a member if the municipal council in Borculo. He became a member of the Tweede Kamer in 1994.<ref name="kampcv">Minister of Defence Henk Kamp, Government.nl, July 7, 2006</ref>

On July 22, 2002, Kamp became Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in the First Balkenende cabinet. Since December 12, 2002, he has been Minister of Defense.<ref name="kampcv"/>
