CCTV-5 (Chinese: 中国中央电视台体育频道), also known as the Sports Channel and part of the China Central Television family of networks, is the main sports broadcaster in the People's Republic of China. CCTV-5 began broadcasting on January 1, 1995. CCTV-5 now broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It has extensive coverage of European football leagues (including Italian, Spanish, German and French leagues; however, it does not hold the rights for the English Premiership or UEFA Champions League). CCTV-5 also broadcasts the Olympic Games and Asian Games. The most popular programme is Sports News at 12:00 and 18:00.

CCTV-5 can also be watched online via PPLive, Synacast, PPMate, and PPStream.
